(One of the first stories I've ever written) Kat was downstairs in her boyfriend’s basement, he was upstairs making them something to eat, leaving her downstairs. She then was drawn to something in the corner of the basement. Her boyfriend’s brother was a giant geek, and had something that looked like a time machine. She remembered her boyfriend saying not to touch anything in his brother’s corner.  Kat then couldn't help it, but go over to the corner since her boyfriend was there to keep an eye on her. She then started touching the buttons on the machine. She then pulled up an image of Ancient Greece, and she saw a bunch of soldiers lining up for what looked like battle. “Wow, this looks just like 300” she said remembering the action movie she saw several years back. She then heard her boyfriend coming downstairs.  “Shit, how do you get this off ” she said pressing then enter button.
